Notifies you about traffic police ambushes in real time, the operation of tow trucks where your car is parked, cameras and radars on the road.
DPS
You can mark the location of the traffic police on the road, thereby quickly notifying other drivers who follow your path about the traffic police ambush. To do this, click on the corresponding button on the right
(description of buttons from top to bottom):
- 200 m, if the approximate distance from your car to the traffic police patrol is from 200 m to 500 m
- 100 m if the approximate distance is 100 m
- 50 m if the approximate distance is 50 m
- DPS! – if you drive near a traffic police ambush
- 50 m (below the "NOW" button), if the traffic police patrol is approximately 50 m behind your car
- 100m, if the traffic police patrol is approximately 100 m behind your car
- 200 m, if the traffic police patrol is approximately 200 m to 500 m behind your car
Having noticed the traffic police patrol in advance, or having driven some distance, you can notify other drivers about the ambush with one click!
Your ambush alerts will be deleted after some time if there is no confirmation from other drivers. In this way, information about traffic police ambushes on the roads will remain relevant and accurate.
You will receive audio/voice/text alerts about the location of a traffic police ambush within 1000 m, 600 m, 300 m and 100 m.
TOUCKS
You can mark the location of your car after parking it by pressing the button in the center of the screen. When the “Receive tow truck alert” mode is turned on, you will receive an audio/voice/text alert if a tow truck is working in the area where your car is parked.
If you want to delete the GPS mark of your car’s parking location after leaving, click on the button in the center of the screen again.
How to notify other drivers about the evacuation of cars?
If you notice the work of a tow truck, please click the red “NOTIFY” button so that other Cricket users can receive a notification and avoid having their car towed to the impound lot.
RADAR AND CAMERAS
“Cricket” contains a large regularly updated database of cameras, radars, stationary traffic police posts and when approaching them it will warn you 1000 m, 600 m, 300 m and 50 m away.
List of supported countries: Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Norway, Finland, Germany, Denmark
If you receive a warning about a camera that doesn't actually exist, click on the "No Camera!" button.
If you notice a camera, but have not received a notification from Cricket, please click on the “Camera here!” button.
